This business uses this app to send invoices and quotes, take payments and keep its books. This page says what it holds about you and why.
If you’re a client
- What’s kept: your name, company, email, phone and address as you gave them; the invoices, quotes and projects we share; and payments you’ve made.
- Why: to bill you, show your documents in your portal, send receipts and reminders, and keep tax records.
- Payments: card and bank payments go through Stripe. This app never sees or stores your card or bank account numbers.
The business’s own bank data
The app connects, through Plaid, only to This business’s own bank accounts, to import its transactions for bookkeeping. It never asks for anyone else’s bank details. Bank sign-ins happen in Plaid’s window and are never seen or stored by this app. Removing the connection deletes the app’s access at Plaid.
Who else handles it
Only the services the app runs on, each for its own part: Vercel (hosting and receipt storage), Turso (database), Stripe (payments), Plaid (bank connection) and Resend (email). Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
How it’s protected
Everything travels over encrypted connections (TLS) and is stored encrypted. Only the owner can sign in to the business side of the app, with a password or emailed link plus an authenticator code. Your portal shows only your own documents.
How long it’s kept
Invoices, payments and bank records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes, then deleted. You can ask for a copy of what’s held about you, or for anything not needed for those records to be corrected or deleted.
